Seeking an opportunity to develop your experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within a supportive, accredited unit offering excellent clinical exposure?

Head Medical is working with the Tasmanian Health Service to recruit an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar / Senior Doctor at Launceston General Hospital - a busy teaching hospital with a strong reputation for training and collaborative care.

  • Work within a Level 5 unit managing ~1600 births per year
  • Exposure to a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological practice
  • Structured training within an accredited unit
  • Supportive team environment with strong consultant and midwifery collaboration
  • Relocation Support
  • Salary: AUD $134,930 – $189,005 (commensurate with experience)
  • 12 month contract commencing February 2027
