Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan psychosocial interventions for clients
• Advocate for patient needs in accessing services
• Facilitate therapeutic groups for client support
• Coordinate discharge planning effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance
Requirements:
• MSW or BSW from an accredited institution
• Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers mandatory
