Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and team through continuous communication.
• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans and make changes as required.
• Complete and ensure accurate and up‑to‑date clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Teach, delegate and direct unregulated care providers, providing coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications
