Position Summary

As a key member of the multi-disciplinary primary health care team, the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides high-quality, client-centered care within a general clinic setting. The RPN supports clinical operations through routine nursing care, health education, and coordination with other care providers to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, including newcomers to the community.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the RPN may also contribute to initiatives that support patient access to preventive health services, including routine health maintenance and screening as appropriate.
