Registered Nurse – NICU

As a Registered Nurse working within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will lead and be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Be responsible and accountable for decisions and actions in the provision and management of nursing care for patients
• Assess, monitor and provide care for sick neonates in a 2C level NICU
• Familiarity with hospital, college, and unit policies, as well as unit procedures
• Provide customer and family‑focused care
• Commit to working cooperatively within the Women’s and Children’s Program
• Serve as a progressive, innovative, problem‑solving team player who supports the vision of Trillium and the philosophy of the W&C Program
