Job Description: 15 full-time positions available. Wage: $36.04 per hour. Travel Locations: Ottawa, Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans. Shift Options: 0900 – 1600, 1400 – 2200, 2200 – 0600.

Responsibilities

• Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs.
• Executing and continuously monitoring care plans.
• Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust.
• Maintaining and updating professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans.
• Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols.
