This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties. Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED! On-call schedule is from Monday at 5:30pm through following Monday at 8:30am, for phone triage and visits as needed - 2 weeks per month required. Must be willing to cover all counties.
