Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit. Working under the direction of the Unit Manager, the RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients in an acute care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining professional and ethical nursing standards.
