What you'll do: - Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers).
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI .
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and sales to deliver a premium customer experience.
