Responsibilities
- Build an efficient sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and manage high‑performing executives (Inside Sales and Account Managers) to execute inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Incubate new business verticals to improve commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share performance feedback with new‑hire managers.
