As part of Detection and Measurement, Aids to Navigation, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability across the European region for obstruction lighting solutions. Acting as the regional commercial lead, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage distributor and representative channels, and build strong customer relationships across telecommunications, wind energy, aviation, and infrastructure markets.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, bookings, and margin targets for obstruction lighting products across Europe.
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, providing accurate visibility to leadership.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within core end markets, including telecom towers, wind farms, airports, and large infrastructure projects.
