Responsibilities

1. Develop sales strategies for the North Region;
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, channels, clients, and stores;
3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Xiaomi’s sales in the North Region;
4. Implement brand visibility strategies to strengthen Xiaomi’s presence in the North Region;
5. Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

1. Possesses more than 5 years of experience in North Peru regional sales management for a smartphone brand;
2. Has strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
3. Has a strong understanding of the Northern Peru market;
4. Has strong client relationships with various smartphone channels;
5. Fluent in both Spanish and English;
6. Has a passion for Xiaomi’s culture.
7. Based in Trujillo, Peru.
