Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, managing KPIs, performance, and pipeline execution.
  • Build, manage, and close pipelines for new strategic mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative selling and by serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
  • Maintain a strong focus on revenue targets to ensure company-wide sales goals are met.
  • Regularly meet with prospects, partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and drive opportunities.
  • Identify, build, and maximize strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners.
