Lead growth across one of MOW’s most strategic regions

The Marine, Offshore & Wind (MOW) division provides lighting solutions for maritime, wind, and energy applications. MOW is now looking for a commercially driven and forward-leaning Regional Sales Director Northern Europe to lead one of our most important regions, covering Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Baltics.

This is a senior leadership role with P&L and accountability for delivering profitable growth across the marine, offshore, energy, and defence markets. Reporting to the CSCO , you will be part of the MOW commercial leadership team and play a key role in shaping and executing Glamox’ growth strategy in Northern Europe.
