Job Purpose

Reporting to the National Operations Director, the Regional Operations Manager guides the supervisors and warehouse managers of his/her region in their activities. He/she puts in place strategies and procedures in order to optimise efficiency and productivity in the distribution centers under his/her supervision and is responsible for the management of material, operating expense results, human resources, as well creating and maintaining a high level of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to his/her team by setting achievable goals and providing the operational support needed to achieve them by acting as a mentor for the supervisors and warehouse managers in his / her region;
