Position Details
Responsibilities - Act as the central point of contact for the Dubai office, providing HR, policy, and administrative support.

- Drive performance management activities and support the Pay for Performance culture.
- Oversee HR operations within Workday, ensuring accurate data management and record audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor compliance and company policies.
- Provide guidance to local managers on employee relations, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and manage job changes within the HRIS.
