Overview

As a Regional Health & Safety Manager within Pomerleau’s Health and Safety team, you will act as a change agent and ensure the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of health and safety laws and regulations across job sites and facilities within your territory, in alignment with our corporate practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for Health & Safety Site Coordinators within your territory.
• Ensure understanding and proper use of health and safety systems, processes, and policies implemented on sites in your region.
• Guide site management personnel (Project Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents, H&S Site Coordinators, etc.) toward achieving corporate H&S objectives by ensuring full engagement from all stakeholders.
• Act as a resource person for site supervision teams on projects under $12M (kickoff meetings, onboarding, safety pause...
