Regional Head of Product Development – North America

Overview Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer – North America, the Regional Head of Product Development will centralize product development resources across lines of business to ensure consistency, governance, and career development while preserving line autonomy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross‑line product development activities, including emerging risks, blended products, and shared wording standards while addressing regulatory requirements.

Own governance frameworks for wording authorities and referrals; establish thresholds, approval protocols, and escalation paths.

Drive consistency and improvement of existing tools; build, implement, and maintain wording tools across the LoBs.

Represent product strategy on emerging risk topics and monitor product/form impacts for appropriate response.
