The Rector in our Anglo-Catholic parish should blend deep liturgical precision with a profound sense of pastoral care and visionary leadership. This role requires a unique combination of sacramental devotion and practical administrative skill.

• Liturgical Excellence and Theological Proficiency: As the chief liturgist, the Rector shouldpossessa high degree of skill in conducting worship. In an Anglo-Catholic context, this includes a deep understanding of sacramental theology, the daily office, and traditional ritual practices. The Rector should have a firm grasp of the Bible, church history, and classic Christian doctrines. They must be an effective preacher who can articulate the Gospel in a way that inspires and forms disciples.
