**Recruitment Specialist (Temporary)****What you'll do**:- Full-cycle recruiting across the Americas- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks- Engage in proactive talent search- Prepare and extend job offers.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders- Participate in career fairs and networking events- Present weekly funnel metrics and insights**What is required**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment within Manufacturing Industries, Large Companies, R&D Technical Centers or Automotive Sector.
- Working knowledge of ATS- Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods- Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
