Position Details
Take charge of recruitment processes with FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. as an HR Coordinator. Drive onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will independently manage recruitment for plant operations roles and assist with technical hiring efforts. You should have 2–3 years of HR experience, showcasing your strong organizational capabilities and communication skills, to create a positive employee experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant operations positions
• Recruit for technical and engineering roles with hiring managers
• Update and maintain the ATS for tracking applicants
• Oversee onboarding processes and liaison with internal teams
• Facilitate offboarding and conduct exit interviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
