FIFA27 was established as the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, working with FIFA HQ in Zurich and globally to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ (“FWWC2027”).

THE POSITION

Working alongside the FIFA Workforce Management team and reporting to the FIFA27 Sr Manager Recruitment, the Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment of a talented and diverse workforce required to plan and deliver the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. This role plays an integral part in ensuring a successful tournament by attracting top talent and overseeing the implementation and management of a best‑in‑class recruitment experience.

• End-to-end recruitment process of individuals hired under FIFA27, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, obtaining reference and background checks, offer/employment contract distribution.
