Ledcor is hiring a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in getting new hires across the finish line. Reporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment Coordination, you’ll be the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance through to Day 1 readiness, guiding them through pre-employment requirements with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that demands strong process discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to keep multiple candidates moving simultaneously.
