We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and proactive professional with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM, along with strong sourcing skills using modern recruitment tools.

Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Headhunting

Strong experience in headhunting and talent acquisition

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Ownership and accountability for recruitment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for LATAM and international roles
