We are looking for a Recruiter for a 1 year contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process from end to end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with daily recruiting operations and ad hoc requests
- Post and manage job requisitions for Senior Recruiters
- Coordinate and track onboarding documentation, timelines, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and candidate information within recruitment systems
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies
