Lead engaging recreation programs for mental health at our Sacramento facility. As a Recreation Program Director, you will plan and implement activities that enhance residents' well-being.
This position requires an active and valid license as a Therapist (Art, Music, Dance, Recreation, or Occupational). You will design programs based on thorough assessments tailored to the residents' interests and psychosocial needs. Experience in social or recreational programming is essential, ideally with at least two years in mental health or behavioral settings.
