We are looking for a Receptionist who will ensure the operational management of the reception area and company premises, providing professional front-desk service and continuous organizational support for daily office activities.
The role will contribute to the smooth operational functioning of the company through front office management, coordination of logistical activities, and support for internal organizational needs, working cross-functionally with the Office Manager, HR, management, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
Management of the company reception and welcoming of guests, clients, suppliers, and employees.
Handling and routing incoming phone calls and communications.
Visitor registration and access management.
