Your main responsibility will be to guarantee that visitors have an unforgettable experience by ensuring that the check-in and check-out processes are carried out in a professional and friendly way.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel reception role.Ability to work under stress and deal with the public effectively in a professional manner.Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.Experience with using hotel software such as Hotsoft.To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
