Receptionist (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Institute for Advanced Dentistry Multi-Specialty Clinic (IAD-MSC) of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 536513)

We are currently looking for a Receptionist (at the rank of Clerk II) to join the IAD-MSC of the Faculty of Dentistry.


The Role


The appointee will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with patient registration and appointment booking;

  • Handling invoicing and payment collection;

  • Responding to enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp;

  • Providing administrative support to resident doctors (MDS students);

  • Liaising with internal and external parties; and

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

    • On-the-job training will be provided.
