Property Manager

to manage the daily operations of our properties.

The right person must be able to take ownership, follow up, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly with tenants and contractors, and keep the properties under control.

Main responsibilities

Daily management of the buildings

Tenant communication

Follow-up on repairs and maintenance requests

Coordination with contractors and suppliers

Regular property inspections

Tracking rent, arrears, and administrative files

Organizing invoices, communication, and documents

Clear communication with management

Ability to eventually manage a team

Requirements

Experience in property management or real estate operations required

Management experience required

French and English required
