Job Description :
- Lead the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Governance, Risk, and Control Management Program, ensuring a strong and sustainable control environment across global operations.
- Oversee the CRE Regulatory Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and RBC enterprise risk standards.
- Partner with First Line Business Controls (1B), Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance governance frameworks, risk and control libraries, policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms across CRE service lines.
