Our client, a high-end real estate boutique, is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with Condominium Development experience to join their North Toronto office. The ideal candidate must have experience in condominium development law.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of real estate experience with some exposure to condominium development is required.
• Ability to carry files from opening through to completion.
• Demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in corresponding with third parties.
• Strong knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in condominium development law.
• Ability to manage files from initiation to close.
• Excellent communication with third parties and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office.
