Overview

Responsibilities

• Read occurrence files to ensure proper investigational procedures have been followed and evidentiary requirements are met.
• Recommend further investigational action based on evidence.
• Provide feedback and guidance to RCMP members and staff regarding policy, procedures, and system capabilities.
• Ensure the completeness and validity of statistical coding.
• Record and authorize the removal and addition of entries in the files.
• Analyze relevant criminal operation data.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports.
