Role Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation: - Provide scientific and technical leadership for the OTC categories within the LatAm OU, shaping and maintaining the innovation and claims roadmap.
Technical Expertise & Evidence Generation: - Lead design and execution of clinical, laboratory, and claims-supporting studies, serving as the expert on OTC science within the LatAm OU.
Regulatory & Compliance Support: - Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations within the LatAm OU.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Engagement: - Collaborate across R&D, Medical, Marketing, Insights, Commercial, Consumer Science, Packaging, and Supply Chain functions, fostering collaboration and engagement across diverse teams and geographies.
