Job Summary
The Sales Operations & Commercial Strategy Lead is responsible for driving commercial planning, performance governance, and incentive execution for Rappi Ads. The role partners closely with Sales Leadership and SP&A to ensure revenue predictability, efficient resource allocation, and strong financial discipline across the commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management – lead revenue forecasting processes, own pipeline management frameworks, monitor forecast accuracy, and prepare scenario analyses.
- Target Setting & Portfolio Management – set quotas and targets aligned with financial guidance, support portfolio design, and recommend adjustments based on performance.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) – co‑lead the commercial AOP with SP&A and Finance, translate financial targets into commercial goals, and align compensation plans with resource allocation.
