In this role, you'll report directly to the Manager of IT Operations. Your responsibilities will include critical planning and support of NAC’s IT systems, providing user training, and handling tier 1/2 support. You'll also conduct installations of audio, visual, and learning systems, ensuring that all necessary E-Classroom technologies are functioning flawlessly.

Requirements:
