Position Details
- Lead new product development processes from concept to mass production (design, prototyping, validation, industrialization)
- Manage and continuously improve existing products in terms of performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Oversee R&D project portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing R&D team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, and Procurement
- Define product roadmaps and evaluate new product ideas aligned with business strategy
- Ensure preparation and management of technical documentation, specifications, and standards
- Drive customer-focused improvements based on feedback and complaints
