RAI & Restorative Lead Coordinator – Full Time

Reporting to the Director of Care, the MDS-RAI Coder is responsible for reviewing interdisciplinary and comprehensive resident assessments, collecting data for quality documentation management, and ensuring Resident Assessment adherence to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and InterRAI LTCF requirements. The role provides support to the nursing and accounting departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the coordination and completion of the Resident Assessment, Clinical Assessment Protocols and care plans as assigned.
• Complies with MLTC regulations regarding completion of the InterRAI LTCF process.
• Completes accurate coding of the InterRAI and care plan documentation for all residents.
• Continually updates knowledge base related to data entry and computer technology.
