Quantity Surveyor
Location – Cheltenham
Purpose of the role:
Galliford Try is looking for x Quantity Surveyors to join our Infrastructure division, supporting the successful delivery of our new £m highways project in Cheltenham. Scope of works include enabling earthworks, widening to the existing road, new link road and various structures.
You will work closely with the Managing Quantity Surveyors and wider site team in order to manage the commercial administration, reporting and performance on this major highways development.
What will you be doing:
Contribute to creating a safe working environment
Produce and negotiate subcontract documentation, including terms, prices, and schedules
Manage subcontract works packages, including interim assessments and change management
Issue commercial notices to the Client and Subcontractors as required by the contract
