AD Technologies is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor specializing in ICT, CCTV, ELV, and IT infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, contract administration, and commercial management of ICT and security system projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and commercial knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV systems, networking, IT infrastructure, access control, and telecom-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for ICT, CCTV, ELV, and IT infrastructure projects.

Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare project budgets and monitor project cost performance.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Handle variation orders, claims, and final account settlements.
