Position Objective The objective is to support the QA NAMC team in Querétaro with 2 important tasks:
- Support in the documentation and updating of standards developed by the team, but which are not currently consolidated or registered in a specific location. Especially the PPMs Machining process.
- Migration of the Google Drive administration to a new standard platform, reinforcing the NCR and FPY administration system.
Your Key Responsibilities Support the project team with the collaboration of our experts to document and create files that facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the training of new hires in topics such as:
- PPMs strategy (Visibility and trends)
- Improvements in customer complaints management.
- 5s documentation process, quiet archiving and updating of databases (Non conformity process and SCRAP)
- Inspection checklist update strategy and execution.
