Quality Specialist (QPC) V – Customer Quality Location: Amexhe, Guanajuato, Mexico
Role Objective To ensure product quality from the customer perspective by managing claims, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Customer Quality Management
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints.
- Coordinate containment actions in response to quality deviations.
- Support and track engineering changes related to customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality topics.
Problem Solving
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D methodology.
- Define, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Validate the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Communicate results and recognize team achievements.
