As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Quality Manager (QM) serves as a critical leader guiding the Quality Department and championing a culture of excellence. This role is responsible for developing and executing a site‑specific quality strategy that aligns with broader corporate objectives. The QM oversees all aspects of the quality function, including the integrated management system, supplier quality and incoming inspection, quality control and assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is based in our Stockton, CA plant.
