Quality Engineer
What you’ll do:
Ensure the zero-defect philosophy by supporting production processes, planning for defect prevention, maintaining discipline in quality systems and standards, cell documentation, problem analysis and resolution, and process changes that affect product quality. Provide support to the AMG Leader, Process Quality Supervisor, and Quality Manager to meet customer requirements, and act immediately as part of multidisciplinary teams to address customer complaints and internal issues. The Quality Engineer provides support to the multifunctional team in quality tools to ensure that products manufactured across different processes meet customer requirements, while achieving team objectives related to scrap, nonconforming events, etc. Through the execution of the activities described in this job description, contribution will be made toward achieving the objectives established in the following indicators: OPI - Cat A OPI - DPMU OPI - Scrap OPI - Customer P...
