**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide statistical analysis of processes like MSA, SPC using applicable data/statistics, quality tools, and software
- Identify and record problems relating to product lines and initiate actions to prevent recurrence of nonconformities relating to products and processes
- Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new product designs and new supplier materials through defined new product development process
- Monitor and support site quality objectives by maintaining metrics. Report these on a regular recurring basis
- Lead performance improvement projects to increase facility capability and consistently meet company and customer requirements
- Participate in documentation review, approval, revision, or creation as necessary to ensure proper documentation of processes like procedures, FMEA and PPAP.
