Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all quality assurance and compliance activities within the assigned area of responsibility
• Manage and facilitate Material Review Boards (MRBs)
• Ensure the timely and effective management of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Perform Root Cause Analysis
• Establish, monitor, and maintain relevant quality performance metrics
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure quality‑related activities are clearly understood and integrated into project plans
• Provide assurance that all projects comply with applicable Quality Management Systems and standards
• Deliver quality awareness and training to internal teams as required
• Identify, escalate, and communicate concerns related to supplier and manufactured product conformance
