The Quality Engineer role is to is to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
This involves creating and implementing quality control processes, conducting product testing and analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production over Spectra strip product lines.
The Quality Engineer is accountable for meeting and improving the business P&L.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation is necessary for success.
Main responsibilities:
Partners with Materials, Engineering, Maintenance and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets.
