Job Title: Quality Engineer

Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) throughout the organization.
• Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.
• Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non‑conformance and customer complaints.
• Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.
• Create and update quality‑related documents and control plans.
• Participate in ISO 9001 QMS audits and prepare technical reports.
• Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.
• Assist in calibration schedules and prepare reports based on data analysis.
• Improve process and material testing methods on the production floor.
