Responsibilities
Management of the concrete lab including testing and monitoring of the manufacturing processEnsure compliance with mix design and job specificationWork directly with production managers on test results to aid in the production of quality ready-mix concreteProactively suggest improvements to current processesImplement corrective actions when required, after consultation with necessary operational personnelRepresent the company in a professional, positive manner when dealing with internal and external customersAdditional duties as assignedTechnical Requirements
Minimum two-year Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience in a Quality Control position would be considered an assetAbility to read and interpret blueprints/shop drawingsCurrent CCIL / ACI certification for concrete testing, or willingness to pursueBusiness Requirements
