Position Details
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Ensure all components which require Quality Control validation through the practices associated with measuring are within specifications noted on Drawings, Work Orders and Sales Contract Review
- Document results of measurements during validation using internal dimensional inspection form and acceptable measuring devices
- Comprehend drawing dimensions and tolerance levels
- Generate Nonconformance Material Reports, CPAR and SCAR
- Conduct first articles on components which require validation of measurements pre/prior to next operation
- Unless otherwise specified, final inspection of product will be performed according with Client AQL Sampling Table FCD-0070
- Conduct hardness testing on metallic plates and casting inserts
- Conduct Rheometer testing on rubber
- Verify all traceability is to customer, industry and Client requirements
